Available Fields in Field Management

Field Management includes a set of visibility toggles that control what students can see in different parts of the Resident Portal. Each toggle corresponds to a specific data point, like attachments, staff contact info, or roommate details, and is grouped by where it appears in the portal.

Dashboard (/home)

• Attachments – Shows or hides the attachments card on a resident’s dashboard.

Student Staff (/staff)

• Student Email – Enables or disables the email button for contacting residents by student staff.

• Student Phone – Enables or disables the phone button for contacting residents by student staff.

• Student Birthdate – Shows or hides the birthdate of a resident by student staff.

Residency (/residency)

• Student Staff Email – Shows or hides the email address of the assigned staff member.

• Student Staff Phone – Shows or hides the phone number of the assigned staff member.

• Student Staff Location – Shows or hides the staff member’s location or building assignment.

Roommates (/roommates)

• Roommate Phone – Shows or hides phone numbers for assigned roommates.

• Roommate Email – Shows or hides email addresses for assigned roommates.

Room Assignment (/room-assignment/{applicationId}/room/{roomId})

This setting includes activity tracking and requires confirmation before enabling.

• Room Occupants – Shows or hides the names of other students assigned to the same room.
• Suite Occupants – Shows or hides the names of students assigned to the same suite.

Suite Details (/room-assignment/{applicationId}/suite/{suiteId})

This setting includes activity tracking and requires confirmation before enabling.

• Suite Occupants – Controls visibility of other residents in the suite during selection.
