CSV Integration Schema: Profiles

This is the format for importing Profile data into Housing.Cloud — your student and staff roster. Profiles are read-only to us: Housing.Cloud never writes them back to your SIS.

An address saves only if all required parts are present (address1, addressCity, addressState). An emergency contact saves only if emergencyName, emergencyRelationship, and at least one of emergencyPhone/emergencyEmail are present.
Delivery
Ingress · filename sis_yyyy_mm_dd_{uuid}.csv · UTF-8. Ethos equivalent: persons (v12).
